MyInn Terms of Service
Effective date: September 24, 2026Last updated: September 24, 2026
These Terms govern your subscription to and use of the MyInn hospitality platform operated by Pulsar Digital LLC.
1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of MyInn, the hospitality property-management platform and related websites, APIs, and services (the "Service") offered by Pulsar Digital LLC ("Pulsar," "we," "us," or "our"), operating as Pulsar CLT and Pulsar Digital.
By creating an account, signing an order, starting a paid or trial subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use MyInn.
2. Accounts, tenants, and eligibility
MyInn is a multi-tenant business Service intended for hospitality operators and their authorized staff and vendors. You must be legally able to enter a binding contract and authorized to bind your organization.
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, assigning roles appropriately, and for activity under your tenant. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that appear compromised or that violate these Terms.
3. The Service
MyInn provides property-management capabilities that may include calendars and reservations, channel connectivity, embeddable booking engines, payments integrations, messaging, housekeeping and vendor tools, smart-lock integrations, gift cards, pricing strategy tools, and reporting. Features available to you depend on your plan, configuration, and enabled integrations.
We may modify, improve, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance and emergency work may temporarily limit access.
Third-party services (OTAs, payment gateways, lock hardware partners, pricing providers, and similar) have their own terms. Your use of those connections is subject to those providers and to credentials you supply. Pulsar is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or data practices of independent third parties.
4. Customer Content and guest data
"Customer Content" means data you or your users submit to MyInn about properties, rooms, guests, reservations, payments references, messages, vendors, and related operations. As between you and Pulsar, you retain rights in Customer Content. You grant Pulsar a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely to provide and secure the Service and as otherwise permitted in our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have all rights and notices required to collect and process guest and staff personal data in MyInn, including for bookings received from OTAs or your direct booking engine. You are responsible for your privacy notices to guests and for lawful instructions to Pulsar as processor or service provider.
You must not upload unlawful content, malware, or material that infringes others' rights. We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Probe, scan, or attack the Service except with our written permission;
- Circumvent access controls, rate limits, or tenant isolation;
- Resell or white-label MyInn without a written agreement;
- Use the Service to send unlawful spam or deceptive communications;
- Reverse engineer the Service except to the limited extent such restriction is prohibited by law;
- Use MyInn in any manner that could reasonably harm guests, other customers, or Pulsar.
6. Fees, taxes, and payment
Subscription fees, setup fees, and any usage-based charges are as stated in your quote, order, or pricing page estimate confirmed in writing. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are due in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in writing.
You are responsible for applicable taxes excluding taxes on Pulsar's income. Late amounts may accrue reasonable interest or collection costs where permitted. We may suspend the Service for non-payment after notice.
Payment processing for your guests (Stripe, PayPal, Square, or others) is between you, the guest, and the gateway. Pulsar does not take a percentage skim of guest bookings as a platform commission unless a separate written product expressly says otherwise.
7. Intellectual property
MyInn, including software, interfaces, documentation, logos, and branding, is owned by Pulsar or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Service for your internal hospitality operations during an active subscription.
Feedback you provide may be used by Pulsar to improve products without obligation to you.
8. Confidentiality
Each party may receive non-public information from the other. The receiving party will use reasonable care to protect it and use it only for performing under these Terms, except for information that is public through no fault of the receiver, independently developed, or rightfully received from another source.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PULSAR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT CHANNEL SYNC, PAYMENTS, LOCKS, OR THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PULSAR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
PULSAR'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO PULSAR FOR MYINN IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Pulsar against claims arising from your Customer Content, your guests or staff, your violation of law or these Terms, or your use of third-party integrations, except to the extent caused by Pulsar's willful misconduct.
12. Term, suspension, and termination
These Terms continue while you have an active account or subscription. Either party may terminate for material breach if not cured within thirty (30) days after notice (or immediately for unpaid fees or severe abuse).
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends. We will make Customer Content available for export for a commercially reasonable period when feasible, then delete or de-identify it under our retention practices and Privacy Policy, except where law requires retention.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, excluding conflict of laws rules. Courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, have exclusive jurisdiction, except that Pulsar may seek injunctive relief in any forum for IP or security harms.
14. General
These Terms, together with any order form and the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement for MyInn and supersede prior proposals on the same subject. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a corporate transaction. Notices may be sent to the email on your account and to support@pulsarclt.com.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes for existing paid customers will be communicated with reasonable notice where practicable. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where law requires a different method of consent.
